The successful certification of Fornax Ltd.’s ISO 9001:2000-compliant quality assurance system

The main goal of our company is to further strengthen our relations with our partners while maintaining the general growth rate, and to ensure our continuous development by entering into new markets.

We can only measure up to the constant challenge of the market if we always maintain the firm, highest level of quality of our services, with continuous improvement and the satisfaction of our customers in mind. It is our priority to provide full-scale service to our customers and partners and to meet and exceed their expectations in the long run.

To achieve this, the management of Fornax Ltd. decided in spring 2003 to introduce a quality assurance system in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 standards.

The certification audit of 24-25th november 2003, and the verification audit of 12th november 2004 lead by SGS Hungária Ltd. found, that the management and the employees of Fornax Ltd. are committed to highly organized and precise quality work. The audits revealed that Fornax Ltd. fully complies with the ISO 9001:2000 standards, there were no discrepancies found. Nevertheless we received some useful advice for the future, which we will consider in order to be able to improve the quality of our services, and therefore to be able to fulfill the needs of our customers on an even higher level.
